Funding Responsibility: If using state ESA funds, you are solely responsible for ensuring the services qualify for reimbursement under your state's guidelines. PodsCool is not responsible for funds rejected or audited by state regulatory bodies.
Chargebacks: Parents are allowed one (1) chargeback before their account is suspended and placed under review. Unenroll immediately upon dissatisfaction with a Teacher.
Autopay &amp; Due Dates: Tuition is due at signup and each month thereafter on the 7th. Tuition not paid by the 7th results in immediate unenrolment of student(s). Tuition is pro-rated and automated based on attendance.

PodsCool uses your Google account to sign in — there's no separate username or password to create or manage. Students join pods with a Google account too; for children under 13, parents create one with Google Family Link (Google upgrades it to a full account automatically at 13).
