How the payout rate works

A parent pays tuition; Stripe sends it to you, less PodsCool's share. On Seed that share is 15% and there is no monthly fee, so a month with no students costs you nothing. Every package above it trades a fixed monthly fee for a lower share - which is worth it once the tuition you keep is more than the fee. Change package whenever you like; it applies from your next billing month, and nothing about your pods or your students changes.
